The house was perfect for our needs. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a nice size, the house is very clean. The master suite is awesome. I would recommend this house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful spacious home. It was always super easy to get ahold of Herbert. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. It was clean and well kept. We were there for the month of February. We spent much of time on the covered back deck. We enjoyed using the updated kitchen. The master suite is awesome. The neighbors were very friendly. The location was perfect for us. It's near shopping and restaurants. The property owner, Herbert Ice, was very accommodating and immediately responded to questions. The fact that he allowed our Labrador was huge plus. Able (our dog) really liked the large, fenced, backyard. The neighborhood is also a good area for long walks with your pet. All in all, a very nice vacation. We're looking forward to next year. ##### Paul J.
