This third-floor, south-side home away from home is part of the Three Seasons Condominiums, which means you are granted access to convenient on-site amenities, including a laundry facility with a washer/dryer and a pool table. Enjoy a fantastic location about a half mile away from the lifts. There is a free bus shuttle that will pick you up right in front of the Three Seasons building. Other great local attractions include Crested Butte Mountain Resort, Snodgrass Trailhead, Center For The Arts Crested Butte, Rainbow Park, Crested Butte Nordic, Brush Creek Trailhead, and downtown Crested Butte. This newly renovated condo faces Mount Crested Butte, which can be easily admired from the comfort of your private balcony. Discover brand-new floors throughout and new appliances and furniture, providing you with the ultimate vacation spot. As you enter this mountain charmer, you will encounter a welcoming living room with a large 75-inch smart TV with streaming and over 100 cable channels to keep you entertained during your stay. Stretch out on the comfy recliner sofa and catch your favorite show or movie! The full kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes. It's equipped with all stainless steel appliances, so don't hesitate to bring your inner chef out. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This quiet period applies to common areas as well as unit interiors. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Easy to walk/ride to resort. Basic supplies in the condo. No elevator could be a problem for some. ##### STEVE W. Communication with Vacasa (managerment) was a joke. The instructions said to place a permit in the car---but they never stated how or where to get the permit. There was no permit in the condo which we looked all over for. We called Vacasa as it was after hours and they told us to get it from the office at the property. Office was closed. THe next day they told us to find a piece of paper and write, I kid you not, my full name, phone number, unit # and dates of my stay and place it on my windshield! Basically give out all my information to the public. Fortunately, the office opened late on the holiday and knew nothing about what was going on with Vacasa, but was kind enough to give me a permit. (without one my car would be booted). The description stated there was blow dryer--there was no blow dryer in the condo anywhere. Vacasa confirmed that there was supposed to be one but did absolutely nothing about supplying it. basically ignored me. The building has no elevator...3 flights of stairs with all our belongings and at the end of a day of hiking (we are older ladies) was a true struggle. The parking lot was completely dark with no lighting and unsafe. In addition, our last night there, someone propped open the door to the building from the parking area (you need a code to get in) and left it propped open all night long. Where was security check? Laundromat had ONE working dryer. Never again will I stay here. ##### Cheri F.
