Short-Term Rental License: 306418 Physical Address: 72 Hunter Hill Rd., Unit I202, Crested Butte, CO 81225 Make the most of your mountain getaway at International I202, a refreshed three-bedroom condo offering true ski-in/ski-out access, and amazing views. Step outside onto the west-facing patio to take in sweeping mountain scenery, colorful sunsets, and clear views of the ski lifts. In winter, enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the West Wall & Peachtree Lifts. During summer months, nearby resort trails and the Upper Loop provide excellent hiking and biking right outside your door. Inside, the condo offers a bright, comfortable atmosphere with inviting furnishings. The open living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), creating the perfect place to relax after a full day on the mountain. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is ideal for families or groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy and sleeping arrangements include three Queen beds and a Twin bunk. LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS • True ski-in/out access near the West Wall Lift • Approximately one mile to the resort base area for rentals, dining, and apres ski • Less than a 10-minute drive to historic downtown Crested Butte • Free San Moritz shuttle service during ski season • Runs daily from 8:00am-midnight • On-call pickup directly in front of the condo • Service to both the mountain and downtown Crested Butte IMPORTANT NOTES • Indoor hot tub is open during ski season only • BBQ grills are snowed in during winter • Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins in late December, depending on snowfall BUILDING AND ACCESS INFORMATION • International Building entrance is on the third floor • One flight of stairs down to access Unit I202 • Two parking spaces available for guests • No air conditioning • No elevator on premises • Balcony and deck area is a shared space MOUNTAIN TRAVEL ADVISORY This condo is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Winter weather can change rapidly, and road conditions may become hazardous. AWD or 4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are strongly recommended. Please winterize your vehicle accordingly. Place is accurlatey depicted in the ad. Its clean has plenty of space and has nice amenities including a well stocked kitchen.
