Another full bathroom houses a private washer/dryer. The updated kitchen has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal, making it easy to whip up a meal at home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We waited two weeks for a response, but none was forthcoming. So... The pictures suggest that this condo is airy with lots of natural light. That is not accurate. The place was clean and relatively comfortable, but dark. People walk past the sliders in front quite often; so privacy is an issue. There was a strange whirring sound coming from somewhere (upstairs?) that was not constant, but seemed to start up around bedtime. Some coffee cups were not properly cleaned. There is a dearth of convenient electrical outlets for phone chargers in the bedroom. This place is on the ground floor -- if someone is in the condo above, you will know it. The entrance to the entire building is on your porch. Laundry soap and dishwasher detergent was not properly stocked. On a positive note, the hot tub is right out the front door. ##### Damon W.
