Chilly nights are no problem—we supply the firewood! When meal time rolls around, whip up something simple or prepare a luxurious spread for the entire family—our fully equipped kitchen can handle it all. Thinking of dining out? In less than a 10-minute drive, you can be in downtown Crested Butte: host to your favorite local restaurants. Or grab some grub at the resort’s base area in no time; it’s only one mile away. Take a pause from your day or wrap up the evening with the incredible sights from the condo’s deck area just outside your back door. You’ll enjoy views of Washington Gulch, Paradise Divide, and unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets. Retire for the night in arrangements perfectly suited for your group of four to six people. With one Queen bed, two Twins, and a Queen sleeper sofa, the entire family can rest easy after activity-packed days. The two bedrooms are spacious, each with an adjoining bath and large wardrobe; storing all your gear and luggage is hassle-free. BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The International Building entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-101. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. International Building Bedroom One: 1 Queen Bedroom Two: 2 Twins Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa 2 Bathrooms Sleeps up to 6 People Full Kitchen 1180 Square Feet Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. There wasn’t any handsoap in the kitchen. Didn’t have have measuring spoons or hand mixer which made it very difficult to make cookies, pancakes and chili. I had to wing it. The fold out bed is not even suitable for my 6 year old. The first morning he said, “well I won’t sleep there again”. The mattress is super super thin and has buttons on it that you can feel through the sheets. One toilet kept backing up and there wasn’t a plunger in sight. With two adults and children you can imagine the towel usage that happens, especially with a hot tub on site. There were no extra towels and only 1 towel hook in the whole property. That was infuriating. The space had no fans anywhere. Not even a box fan. The heater ticks all night on and off and we didn’t have a fan for a noise barrier. We cooked in the oven twice and it set off the smoke detectors. The hot tub room is gross! It was not noted that we would have to do three flights of stairs to get to our space. I have a bum knee so that kinda sucked. Sooo crested butte was nice just got a yuck condo. ##### Rachelle H. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were greeted by no less than 30 flies in the condo. Felt a bit like an infestation. Not sure how they got in as not really holes in the screens. Pretty gross to have to kill them all on arrival. Also, knives in wooden knife holder still had food on several and there were smudges on the refrigerator that could easily be wiped off so wondered when this unit had been cleaned. Especially as someone should have noticed the flies. The location and Mountain View was very nice. Would have been nice to have more than 2 bath sheets as there were 3 people. Seemed very light on towels. Condo was cozy and retro. Twin bed seemed a little short but queen mattress very comfortable. I think the cleanliness and the flies were the real negative issue for us. ##### Wendy G.
