This luxury guest home features high-end finishes, two decks, a wood-burning fireplace, a deep soaking tub, and a steam shower. It is conveniently located 1.7 miles (5-minute drive) to the Crested Butte Mountain Resort and 100 yards to where you can access the ski run, Homeowner's Trail which, will take you to the Gold Link Lift. First Tracks Shuttle service is now available for this home. The state-of-the-art kitchen and living room are perfect for a romantic evening of cooking and relaxing in the privacy of your own home. The deck off the living space with outdoor seating provides the perfect setting for a candle lit dinner, bathrobe coffee, and breakfast, or cocktail hour. Set the mood with your favorite music from the SONOS sound bar, with separate sound in the living space and bedroom for added ambiance. Then take in your own private views of Oh Be Joyful, Scarps Ridge, Snodgrass, Smith Hill & Meridian Lake. A second deck off the master suite shares these amazing views, but the interior is just as breathtaking. Imagine relaxing in this glamorous deep soaking tub after a full day of adventures, then slipping into the extravagant king size bed made with fine linens and waking up feeling pampered. It lived up to all expectations. It allowed us quiet time to regroup and made a perfect base for exploring the mountains surrounding Crested Butte. ##### John S. Séjour de 5 nuits en août 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### James P., Houston 14 août 2018 #### A beautiful house with stunning views - perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple This is a lovely property north of Crested Butte in a very quiet and hilly area. The back of the house has decks up and down that give wonderful views looking northward. The BR is downstairs with its own deck, plus a master bath and utility room. The upper area has a great, vaulted living room with fireplace, a large tv, and a Sonos sound system for music throughout the house. A fully equipped kitchen is more than enough for a two people! Lots of birds and small animals (including hummingbirds and chipmunks). One of the prettiest front gardens you'll ever see, planted with gorgeous wildflowers (at least in late July - early August when we visited). It's an easy 50 minute drive from the Gunnison-Crested Butte airport. Lots of restaurants and activities in town, just minutes away. We did five hikes in five days and enjoyed them a lot. We didn't bike, but most everyone else seemed to be doing that - mountain bike rental places are easy to find. We found the interior lighting a bit dim for our eyes, but that's about all on the other side of the ledger. We hope to return one day. ##### James P.
