This place is walking distance to everything and super convenient to all the parks and bike trails. The layout worked well for our family. The house really needs a deep clean and some maintenance. They need new linens it’s bare bones and owner lives next door watching from upstairs windows, a bit strange but it might be wonderful for guys or skiers not do much for women . Nice yard .
