Hot tub, garage, fireplace - wood provided. Parking for 2 vehicles. The Space: This brand new upscale remodel is sure to please for your mountain vacation! The open floor plan and large kitchen will be perfect for enjoying meals, games, movies or just catching up with friends and family. The kitchen has everything you'll need as well as brand new GE appliances and oversized natural stone island. The cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace, large smart TV with Sonos sound bar and Spectrum cable. Enjoy the collage of local photos in the dining area that seats 6\. 4 additional seats can be found at the bar top. There is a large balcony off the open living area with 4 adirondack chairs, a gas grill and one of the best views of Mt. Crested Butte in the area. There will also be a roof replacement construction project on the building next door to this building summer 2025 which will create ambient noise and parking restrictions. Parking for 2 vehicles will be in the garage and directly behind it. There are 3 bedrooms in this second story condo. The master bedroom with a full ensuite bath and king size bed has a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds in total). There is a shared full bath with shower across from the kitchen for the 2 guest bedrooms. A new full-sized washer and dryer in the condo help complete the space. There is a shared outdoor oversized hot tub and tennis court in the complex. In addition to this there is a changing room and an additional grill here. The outdoor areas are well-kept and landscaped nicely. There is a one car garage below the unit to park or put your gear as well as an additional parking space outside. The condo is a 2 minute ride on the free shuttle bus to the ski area. The shuttle stop is less than a minute walk from the condo unit. Once at the base area you can catch the "town shuttle" which will take you to the town of Crested Butte or walk right to the slopes. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. The outdoor hot tub and tennis courts are just a few steps away and are for guest use. The hot tub is one of the few open year round (including off-season). Tennis is of course also seasonal from Summer to Fall. The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes next to the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. Guests that are 25 years or older are welcome. Guests under 25 are welcome with their parents or guardians. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit. This property is not pet friendly. Firewood for the fireplace and propane for the grill are provided for you. The condo is equipped with high speed wifi. Town of Mt. CB STR License#301780 For emergency contact/Local Representative contact information, go to the Town of Mt. Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. Parking for Outrun Condominiums - Not more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available. There is one garage space available for this condo and the door height is 82 inches. Guest Access: Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. The Neighborhood: The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot. Elder at Outrun was the perfect place for our 8 person friend group to stay for a weekend getaway. Highlights in include the beautifully decorated condo, plethora of sleeping options and crackling fireplace. You’re also only a second away from the shuttle stop that takes you to the base of the mountain. A few cons - although the listing says there is a hot tub, it’s actually locked during the winter. This was bummer as we chose this property over others because it listed it having a hot tub year-round. Also, there could be more detailed info about how to use the shuttle. We had to ask around to figure out what our shuttle was to get to Outrun Condos (it’s the Three Seasons shuttle) and this does not bring you to Elk Avenue. Just wish we would’ve known that in the check in instructions. Lastly, do not use the address listed to get to the condo. This will take you to the other Outrun condos. We drove up when it was dark so it took us roughly 15 minutes to find our place. Itd be great if there were more detailed map instructions within the check in instructions. Overall - a BEAUTIFUL condo and would stay again! Just think there should be more accurate and detailed info provided upfront. ##### Raye B. We looked at Ski In and Ski Out condos, but kept coming back to this one. Well this place was nothing short of amazing. The best part that my wife liked was all the hooks on the wall for coats, jackets, and every kind of winter wear, which all got throughly used. The unit is very close to the ski lifts, only 2 short blocks, and is practically walking distance., and it also has an amazing view of Crested Butte mountain. This unit has been wonderfully updated with great colors. The open concept of the kitchen and living gave everyone plenty of room to move around and not feel cramped. The bathrooms were also nicely updated, and the ceiling fans were also a big help, yes, even in winter. If we have the need to rent again, this will absolutely be our first choice. I only have two suggestions, and that would be a snow shovel or stiff broom to sweep the snow off of the balcony, and a rubber mat for the bathtub, so you don't slip while showering. Once again, this place was peaceful and amazing. Thank you for making our stay great! ##### Craig C. With 4 adults and 4 kids we had plenty of room and everything we could need. The finishes and decor are beautiful, the bus stop to the mountain is practically right out your front door and getting in and out was simple. I would absolutely stay here again! ##### Jenny A. Good central location to skiing , good views , everything was nicely appointed . The Unit had just been remodeled and they did a very good job of it. We enjoyed all the wonderful amenities at the condo. It has been updated with everything you could possibly need and is absolutely beautiful.
