With incredible views, Ski In access, and located only a short 70 yards from the lifts, base area shops, restaurants, and the transit center. Guests also enjoy such amenities as ground floor ski lockers, private covered decks, complimentary high speed wi-fi, and heated parking in your own private garage. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium is newly built and furnished with an unparalleled location and incredible views. The great room has a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace and the large windows that take in the incredible views throughout the space remind you of why you came to Crested Butte in the first place. The dining room seats 6 at the table and is open to the gourmet kitchen with additional seating at the island. There is a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views can be accessed from the dining room, living room, and there is an additional covered deck off the queen guest bedroom. When it's time for bed this property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a luxurious king master with flat-screen TV and window framed views of Mount Crested Butte and the base area. The en-suite bath for the master has quartz countertops and a fabulous glass shower. Down the hall you will find the guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed with private covered deck and flat screen TV. The second guest room has a combination bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom. This room also has a flat panel TV and shares a double vanity full bath with the second guest bedroom. There is a convenient laundry room with stackable washer and dryer and folding zone. This one-level condo is accessible by three flights of stairs. There is no elevator, so please note this when considering the property. Don't let that deter you though since the reward is some of the best views on the mountain and a location that can't be beat! The communal hot tub is located steps away from the building and there is a heated 1 car garage just for this property. The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas.
