Atypical semi-detached chalet completely renovated, ideal for 2 to 4 people. Located halfway between Crest-Voland and Cernix, you will love its two west terraces offering an exceptional view of Mont Charvin. With a surface area of approximately 35sqm on three floors, it offers quality services. Please note, it is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility because access between floors is via a narrow spiral staircase (see photos).

\- laundry room with washer/dryer, and solarium terrace facing Mont Charvin.  
\- Bathroom with walk-in shower (attention, ceiling height <1.90m).  
\- Access to the upper floor via the spiral staircase.  
  
\*2ND LEVEL - MAIN:  
\- private entrance via its second terrace, living room with open fitted kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.  
\- Living/dining room with rapido convertible sofa, television.  
  
\*LAST LEVEL:  
\- Double bedroom (140 cm bed) with west-facing balcony.  
  
\*Parking 100m before the chalet (for one vehicle), possibility to unload the car at the chalet.  
\*Bedding equipped with duvets and pillows.  
\*Shared ski room with shoe dryer, located in Tot's garage.

Small real estate complex consisting of a chalet completely renovated in 2022, and a new chalet, is located on the road between the village of Crest-Voland and Le Cernix, 600m from the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school.  
  
The village of Crest Voland is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their holidays.  
  
This chalet, close to the village center, enjoys a privileged location to have everything close at hand: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this resort-village will seduce you.  
  
In summer, you will not only be 600m from the children's playground but also close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Logère chairlift, open 5 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of Mont Blanc and the Aravis.  
  
The Flumet lake and its leisure base are only 10km away. The Val d'Arly and its surroundings have many quality restaurants, starred or not. You will appreciate the proximity of several places to visit nearby such as Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.
