Also, some remotes available had no batteries, and we had to buy some. No instructions for TV or other media equipment. The TV upstairs and in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We were able to watch a variety of TV in the living room. Was super clean, that was nice. We had a long day of travel and was afraid that we would miss a night. We messaged the host and they were very accommodating. We ended up getting there really late and the house was wonderful to walk into. The next morning was a beautiful sight and sound to be right on the river. Also, the road this home is on the Howland Road which takes you to some of the most beautiful Redwoods! This was a great home base to explore and hike the different majestic Redwoods. ##### Tim M.
