A couple of improvements needed, but the ocean view was very nice.We happened to show up during a "yard sale", so view was obscured by tables of junk and cars coming and going for 2 days-annoying, but worked around.Positive! Very tidy and clean, view spectacular, well equipped with dishes, towels, etc, all kitchen appliances in excellent condition, shower had great pressure, perfect location to sight seeing destinations, great parking, very good pm communication.Areas for improvement: exterior window in main room had massive bird poop splatter, kitchen floor a bit sticky, outside stairs leading to apartment dirty, torn and frayed and need replacing, no kleenex in bathroom, washer/dryer panel numbers not working made doing laundry difficult, one of the pillow cases looked like it had been used as a spray-painted project-odd, no directions regarding usage of tv.For price, great stay! ##### Ron P.
