The very top level is a cupola with a 360 degree panoramic view. The hot tub has great views as well. Access to the ocean is just a short walk down the road. This makes for great views, especially with the cupola with the telescope up top. We also loved having a hot tub, and there was plenty of room for our family. The game room was a nice bonus too. The main down side to the property is that the house is old, and much of it has not been updated recently. But that being said, most everything worked fine. There were a few blinds in the upstairs bedroom that don't fully work but they could still be lowered to provide privacy. It would also be nice if there were direct access down to the beach, but because of the adjacent properties you have to walk around to it, but still only 5 minutes or less.
