Property was poor condition with dirty rugs falling apart, unusable pots and pans, all dishes and tableware required cleaning, holes in screens, stove required complete top disassembling and cleaning. Toilet wouldn't flush without plunging each use. Mgr provided replacement pots and pans and replaced Toilet.
