Welcome to the beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Home2Sunrise" in Vignola, Italy. This semi-detached property, renovated in 2023, features 2 storeys and 2 apartments. It boasts a small garden with lawn and plants, perfect for shared use. Additionally, you'll have access to Internet WiFi, parking, and a yard, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of Vignola. The property is situated in the residential district of Pusgnano, just 1 km from the center of Cremia and a 1 km stroll from the picturesque lake. Enjoy the tranquility of this cul-de-sac location, while still being within easy reach of various amenities. The nearby hiking paths at Monte Bregagno, Cremia-Carcente-Breglia, and Livo-Crotto Dangri offer ample opportunities for outdoor adventures.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that heating is available only from October 15th to April 15th. Motor access is possible up to 70 meters from the house, with a 70-meter footpath leading to the property. A single garage and public parking are conveniently located 70 meters away. The owner resides in the same residence and does not accept youth groups. Additionally, a car is recommended for your stay in this beautiful vacation rental.

You will be staying in a 2-room apartment with a living/sleeping room, a double bedroom, and an open kitchen. The living/sleeping room has a double sofabed, a dining table, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. It also has an exit to the terrace. The double bedroom has an exit to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer. It also has an exit to the terrace. The apartment has a shower room with a bidet and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is fully renovated in 2023 and has comfortable and beautiful furnishings. It features underfloor heating, which is available only from October 15 to April 15. The floors are made of natural stone. The apartment has a small balcony, a large terrace with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and two deck chairs. The apartment offers a marvelous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the resort. It is equipped with a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. The apartment also has free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment is suitable for non-smokers only and has a private entrance via an external stone staircase, which may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
