It is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful, sunny, and elevated location in the countryside, with a south-facing position.

Mollens 7 is situated above Mollens, in a quiet, traffic-calmed area, approximately 6 km from a lake and 5 km from the skiing area. It is positioned 20 meters from a stream, offering a serene ambiance. The property is accessed via a stepped path with 40 steps. Guests may enjoy outdoor activities in the surrounding area, such as golfing at the 18-hole golf course located 7.3 km away.  
  
Other Information  
The property is conveniently located near various amenities, including a shop (5.2 km), grocery store (950 m), supermarket (5.5 km), restaurant (1.1 km), bakery (4.7 km), and a bus stop named "Randogne, La Côte" (350 m). During winter, guests are advised to carry snow chains. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups, and the keys will be handed over by the Interhome agency in Montana, 7 km away.

Unit Layout  
The property is a 5-room semi-detached house spanning over 120 square meters across three levels, facing south. It can accommodate up to four adults and two children. The house has been partially renovated in 2024 and features comfortable and beautiful furnishings. On the ground level, there is a small living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio, and CD player, leading out to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Nespresso capsules (extra), raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). The upper floor houses a large room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, as well as another room with a single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). There is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet on this level. The second upper floor features a room with sloping ceilings and two single beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), and a children's room with sloping ceilings and one single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), along with a shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a balcony of 15 square meters with south and east-facing positions, as well as a 20-square-meter terrace facing south. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs, are provided. The house offers beautiful views of the mountains, valley, and forest. Amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A garage for one car with a height of 195 cm and a width of 220 cm is available.
