Above Mollens, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, traffic calmed area, 6 km from the lake, 5 km from the skiing area, 20 m from the stream, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden with lawn, natural garden 500 m2\. In the house: central heating system, drying room. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Shop 5.2 km, grocery 950 m, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bakery 4.7 km, bus stop "Randogne, La Côte" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 1.9 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 6.4 km, lake Grenon 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7.3 km, skisport facilities 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lac Moubra 6.4 km, Etang Long 7.2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Partly renovated in 2024, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: small living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony 15 m2, south facing position and, east facing position, terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 195 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
