Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds La Fenière. Explore the nearby Etang Long and Lac Moubra, both well-known lakes easily accessible at a distance of 1.8 km. Indulge in outdoor activities like golf, as the 18-hole golf course is just 1.8 km away. Additionally, tennis enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby tennis facilities located 1.5 km from the property, including an indoor tennis center.

La Fenière offers a comprehensive range of amenities within close proximity. Unit Layout  
You will find a bright and fully renovated 2-room apartment on the ground floor with a south-facing position. The living/dining room features a sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and a flat screen. It has an exit leading to the garden and terrace, also south-facing. There is one bedroom with a French bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, international TV channels, and a flat screen.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and extra Capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio). It also includes a raclette grill and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). The apartment has a shower/WC, a terrace of 10 m2, and a garden of 70 m2 with south and west-facing positions. Terrace furniture is provided. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and WiFi internet (free).  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a vacation experience with a modern and tasteful furnishing, completed in 2022. It has a garage space (No. 03) suitable for one car, with a height of 200 cm and a width of 230 cm. The property is strictly for non-smokers only. You can enjoy views of the garden and countryside from the terrace and garden areas. The maximum capacity is 4 people, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
