Apartment house "Les Orzières". In the district of Marigny 550 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.3 km from the lake, 1.8 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Communal covered parking. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery 550 m, 6 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 400 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.8 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km, lake Moubra 1.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.6 km, skisport facilities 1.8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Grenon 2.5 km, Etang Long 2.9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).  
"Les Orzières 417", 2-room apartment 47 m2 on 4th floor. Bright, partly renovated in 2019, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 23 (1 car), height 225 cm, width 215 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
