Below Montana, in the district of Miraval, 2.5 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 3.3 km from the lake, 2.3 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: garden. In the house: central heating system. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (34 steps) to the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Pradouvan" 700 m, railway station "Funiculaire Bluche" 1.7 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 3.6 km, lake Grenon 3.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.1 km, skisport facilities 2.3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Moubra 3.6 km, Etang Long 5.2 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 6 adults + 4 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Montana, 3 km.

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position and, east facing position, small terrace, north facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (2 cars) at the house, height 190 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Baby cot without bedlinen and without covers. Cot without linen and duvet.
