"By far, the best check in experience ever! We arrived 4 hours early for check in, and were given a room immediately for no extra charge. The restaurant on site was great, with an amazing made to order breakfast included with the room. We ate most of our meals right there. My son enjoyed the fitness center. The entire staff, especially the front desk supervisor, was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We almost chose a different hotel; I'm sure glad we didn't. The hotel made our visit to Pittsburgh amazing!!"
