Ray at Check-in went above and beyond to accommodate us, out of his way to walk through the rain while we followed in car to the garage parking lot, and showed us how to use the QR code to access hotel parking, and how to get back in without walking out into the rain to get back in to hotel. He was very personal/friendly and absolutely a scholar and a gentleman. Tarik Moosa Director of food and Beverage was also Super Awesome. He made sure to follow up and our stay, experience at the hotel and was very accommodating too. Extremely friendly and entertaining, while giving except service and information about the area."

"Clean rooms, solid place to stay just beware of the strange parking arrangement (they will insist you need $45 valet overnight but there’s a parking garage right next door for $15 overnight). Quiet, nice staff, fancy decor. We got there and there was a big wait for rooms so we couldn’t check into one of the rooms until an hour after the stated check in."
