House located 7 minutes from the beaches of La Trinité sur Mer. and Carnac. Living room of 60 m2\. Kitchen open to the living room. pantry with washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are 20m2, large bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Enclosed and wooded land of 1200m2, terrace of 60m2 overlooking heated swimming pool of 8m by 4m treated with salt by electroizer . volley ball and ping pong  
 The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
