Walking distance to Meadowlark Coffee Shop / Café, Open Harvest Natural Grocers, Restaurants, and Bryan Hospital. The home offers on / off street parking, covered patio, large rooms, smart TVs in all bedrooms, high speed internet / Wifi, a pack n play for the little ones, and more! Available by text at all times! Close to Bryan health hospital and college, downtown and the University campus. Close to a grocery store “natural grocers” and a local coffee shop. Also close to the stadium and arena. All things just minutes away! Park on the street in the front, or in the back of the house If you drink wine, initial your wine bottle cork and put it in the cork box we have on the kitchen shelves! The four of us were very comfortable here. For a smaller place, the bedrooms were sizable. The beds were comfy, and we slept well. This may sound strange, but one of the first things we all noticed was the quality toilet paper. So many places use the scratchy, cheap stuff. Next on the list were the soft, fluffy towels. We love the architecture, the high ceilings, and the stylish furniture. We also loved the neighborhood, we loved seeing all the people walking by. The beds were very comfy, including the bunk bed. Its pretty tall, so there is plenty of room on the bottom bunk for adults to sleep there. The basement was super neat to us, because we are from Texas and we dont have basements down here.
