You'll enjoy its unique layout, private backyard pool, and its close location to restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores. As you enter the house, you're immediately struck by the magnitude of the space. The living room, which has comfortable couches and a flat screen TV with cable, is double height, stretching all the way to the 2nd floor. This extra space means that the common areas of the house stay cooler without having to use the air conditioning, as the hot air rises and stays at the top of the room. The living room opens up via sliding doors to the private tropical plant-filled backyard, where you'll find a pool, a scuba gear rinse tank and drying area, an outdoor shower, and plenty of seating for either lounging or outside dining. Back inside the house, the first floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a naturally-lit dining room with seating for eight. Also on the first floor is one of the four bedrooms with a private bath and two twin beds, which can be made up as one king bed. Upstairs, up the winding staircase, are the three other bedrooms, including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, windows that hug the curvature of the house, a private bath with a jacuzzi tub, and ample closet space. The other two bedrooms also have private baths, both with walk in showers. One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other has two twin beds, which can be made up as one king bed. Wait, but we're not done! This house also has a wonderful rooftop deck, accessible from inside the house, with loungers and a mini kitchen area with a barbecue and sink. We reached the place and stood outside for some time trying to figure out what to do. The manager then showed up. The house is well appointed and has good maid and pool staff. The pool is small but great for relaxing and exercising and playing around. Might keep in mind when two people are sharing a bedroom they need more than one washcloth. Never could get the tv to work. Good location. Housekeeper is wonderful and the people who manage property are very responsive. The patio on 3rd floor needs some work and the pool needs a good cleaning. I greatly enjoyed my stay and Victor the on island manager was excellent. The house was clean and well maintained. I had a small problem getting consistent hot water but that was easily dealt with. Great location in town and just far enough from the centre of town to be quiet at night. Great pool and roof top terrace. The TV speakers are damaged so sound quality was a little off, but lets face it you aren't there to watch TV. I would gladly and happily stay there again! ##### Derrick S.
