On the seventh floor of one of Cozumel's most upscale buildings with sweeping views of the most brilliant blue water you've ever seen Located on the northern end of Cozumel, this condo complex is away from noisy cruise ship crowds so you can have a quiet, relaxing getaway. To get downtown is only a 5-minute drive for shopping, dining and nightlife when you want it! The space Inside you will be delighted with Villa Paradiso which is one of the largest 3 BR condos on the island. The living room, dining room and kitchen have magnificent views of the sparkling blue Caribbean. Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony which is a perfect spot to enjoy seaside morning coffee or a cool beverage as you watch the sun set over the Caribbean. You have the best seat on the island to watch as cruise ships pass in the evening, or the night lights of Playa del Carmen the distant horizon. Located on the seventh floor with an elevator right outside your door means you have easy access to the pool and seaside where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool. You will definitely want to slip on your mask, fins and snorkel to get a closer look at the rainbow colored fish and vast array of sea creatures right out your door. There is easy access into the water via 3 locations and ladders. Then let the gentle current take you along the coast and exit at the public dock; it's an easy walk back on the new pedestrian walkway to Peninsula Grand. By the way, this new walkway goes all the way into town, so you can jog, bike or take a pleasant stroll to restaurants and shopping (or hail a taxi along the oceanfront road). Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen lunch counter. The listing is incredibly accurate. The three beds are all comfortable. The living room set-up is fantastic. And the kitchen is well-appointed. Laura, the property manager, was so incredibly kind and helpful our entire stay. She was extraordinarily responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and that any problems that arose were taken care of promptly. The attention to the little details- extra towels for the pool, spices, and comfortable outdoor seating were greatly appreciated. We hope to return next year! ##### Meredith Ann S. Loved the location, good snorkeling, close to town but far enough away from the cruise ships. Amazing sunsets. Pool was nice. Wish there was a hot tub. The condo itself was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. The gym and the rec room were a big hit with our 20-year olds. The property manager met us at the property a few minutes after we arrived and everything went very smoothly. The only problem we had was that the safe was locked when we arrived, the PM was going to work on getting that unlocked, but was unable during our stay. The only suggestion we have would be that perhaps a digital lock on the door might be valuable, as there is only one key and we had three people in the room, with different itineraries. But, overall, this is a great property that I would highly recommend to others. ##### Crystal D. This is a 3 bedroom condo with all ocean-facing rooms and large patio deck. The property is very well maintained. There is a pier and large snorkeling area right next to the property. The property manager, Laura Valdez, is excellent and was waiting to meet us at the property when we arrived. She was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property is on the north part of the island so it is away from the cruise ship tourist traffic but still only a short taxi ride from good restaurants and fun bars. This condo was great! Large, well equipped and right on the water! Three spacious bedrooms and very relaxing living room. The pool and beach area are great. Sitting on the balcony was so relaxing It is North of the center of town which is nice but you either need to walk (1.5 miles) or taxi (80pesos or more) to go places. We loved to do the walk when we had time and getting a taxi is very easy. The communication from the management group was great. They provided a very helpful guest information packet and Laura helped to stock our kitchen before we arrived. They don't have cable yet, but the internet was good and you can connect to streaming services. There is an on site chef who cooked an incredible dinner for us on the beach - a must do!
