Fairly close to the city center and right around the corner from a couple of grocery stores. The breakfast by the pool was a perfect way to start the day! Recommend asking for an inside facing room as the bar across the street plays loud music pretty late and from an interior room you can't hardly hear it. Tha ladies who work there a very pleasent and accommodating! Staff is very friendly, and there’s a great vibe—the two very lazy cats just casually chilling on the reception desk, for instance. We had the large suite, which was fantastic—big kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine, etc. Dining table that easily doubles as a work station if you need to be available. Clean, quiet, bright, AC. The total day of our trip was 12 nights and we stayed at many different hotels during the trip. We had very warm welcomed by the receptionist at this hotel and he was always smiling and supportive during our stay. In Mexico, we were tourists, so everywhere we went, people working in Cozmel were intending to get more money from us, but we felt this hotel provided true hospitality. I borrowed a hair dryer too. It’s a short walk from the centre but we were happy to be away from the noise. It had a fridge which was so useful but no safe. They did offer a safe in reception. Our door’s handle was so dodgy and found it difficult to lock/open.
