Some of the many features of this lovely three bedroom, two bathroom home are detailed below: Indoor Living Areas A flat screen TV with dvd player and sound system is set in the living area which is adjacent to the generous meals area and fully equipped kitchen and has direct access to the delightful outdoor area. Bedroom 1 is accessed from the Dining Room and has BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed via a small corridor off the Living Room (each with BIR), as is the main Bathroom (with shower & basin), a separate toilet and the fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer). Resort Facilities In the Resort, there are two outdoor swimming pools plus an outdoor childrens wading pool, two health centres with a gym in each, two outdoor spas and an indoor swim spa, an indoor lap pool, sauna, three tennis courts, a childrens playground, some basketball hoops, an indoor games room, multiple BBQ facilities (close to the Villa) and 7km of walking tracks surrounding the resort. There is free unlimited WiFi in the main restaurant area, but not in the home itself. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, cook top/oven. Heating/Cooling Systems This home is equipped with 4 Mitsubishi reverse cycle air conditioners, providing both heating and cooling to all rooms. Bedding Configuration This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two King Single beds Bedroom 3: Two King Single beds Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. There are fantastic facilities onsite, and as we had fanily from overseas with us, the Ramada Resort was in a great location close to Cowes and the Fairy Penguin attraction. We also visited the wildlife park just across the road, and our guests LOVED it. There were a couple of things that let us down, the main one being the buffet breakfast. We arrived towards the end of the dining time, and had to ask for plates, cutlery, and even if more food would be coming out, as all the trays were empty. It was a well priced breakfast....but not if there's nothing to eat. A few items were topped up, onky fir guests who had already eaten to stack their plates high and a few in our group missed out again. Staff were very busy (and friendly) and I felt that we were hassling them and so just managed to eat a few items that were topped up. Heavy dust on fans, dust on kitchen shelves, found dirty mugs in cupboards. The dishwasher was broken, and a problem with kitchen faucet aswell. There was only one frying pan, and no basic cooking condiments like salt and pepper. There wasn't enough cutlery, 5 forks when the unit accommodates 6\. The area is for the "resort people" so when staying in a private owned unit everything seemed to be extra. And there was absolutely no wifi anywhere as we were not with the "resort". The park has so many things to do though if you want to eat in the restaurant for dinner I would highly recommending booking well in advance and if you wanting to ride the pedal karts make sure you go over and book it in early morning. Our house or unit was lovely enough room for the adults that we had there we had a great girls weekend away and the manager of the property is fantastic to deal with a great stay all round. We booked location for our annual girls trip away. We were thrilled with the place, how clean, the facilities and everything! Oct 6, 2019 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cozy and accessible Nice placed tucked in quiet area just near town, house was cozy and well equipped but a little dusty and had a musty smell, needed a bit of airing out and air freshener to get rid of smell. Wifi was not working (which was a good thing for us so we weren’t using our techs for 2 days). Resort facilities were old and unkempt. Outdoor Pools were not cleaned but maybe because nobody uses them during winter. Indoor pool and spa was ok.
