Each of our cozy units features two bedrooms, complete with a comfortable double-size bed and two single beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The bathroom boasts both a shower over a soaking tub, providing a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploration.
The Space:
For leisure and entertainment, unwind in the inviting living room equipped with a TV and DVD player, perfect for movie nights with loved ones. Step outside onto your private patio furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the tranquil ambiance and beautiful views.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with complimentary coffee and tea, catering to all your culinary needs. With covered car parking available, convenience is at your fingertips throughout your stay.
Our resort offers an array of communal amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Take a refreshing dip in the solar-heated swimming pool available during summer and warmer days, featuring a small water slide for added fun. Or during the colder winter months we have a 7 person Spa, set to a constant 38 degrees in a great undercover area. Please note the pool and Spa are not private and shared by other guests at resort. Gather with family and friends at the communal BBQ area, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining amidst the picturesque surroundings.
Children will delight in the expansive outdoor play area, featuring swings, slides, and a charming walk bridge, providing endless hours of entertainment. Additionally, the front of the resort boasts various games, including Mini Golf, Beach Bocce, Snakes and Ladders, checkers, and chess, ensuring fun for all ages.

The Neighborhood:
This area is located on a family resort, nestled between natural lands with lots of wildlife. Please be aware that because the number of birds that are living at the resort bird droppings can be a frequent occurrence around the resort. In case you encounter a snake please notify us, and we can get it removed.
Other Things to Note:
A convenient, self-check is available for this property.
Please note that the pool is solar heated only, and on colder days is not able to keep up with the surrounding temperatures, and therefor might not be suitable for swimming.
The spa is set to 38 degrees, and available throughout the year.
All Linen and Towels are provided for and is part of the Cleaning Fee, all Linen is professionally washed and dried after each reservation. We also supply Bathroom supplies and coffee and tea at each property.
A maximum of 2 guest vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park at the main building however, parking in or blocking the driveways of other units is prohibited.
If you want to stay active during your holiday, in partnership with Phillip Island Gym we are offering 30% on Casual and Week Passes. Use our code on request.
For a quick wash/dry of clothes, we offer 15% discount at Phillip Island Laundromat. Code on Request.
