A split system provides heating and cooling and a cosy wood heater is perfect for chilly nights. There is seating for six around the dining table and the kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the 3rd with a double bed, the property comfortably sleeps 6\. The lovely family bathroom has a claw bath and there is a well appointed 2nd bathroom, accommodating to everyone. Off the dining area, through glass doors, is the undercover bbq area with seating for 6, egg chairs to chill in and overhead heating for the cooler nights - a perfect spot for BBQ's and relaxing. The yard is fully fenced and secure for the kids to run wild. The carport and driveway provide plenty of off street parking with enough room for your boat. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The lion claw bath was straight out of a romantic movie... pure bliss. The beach house itself is styled thoughtfully, is quaint with it’s restful beach theme and just the ticket for us tired Mummas to rest and unwind away from the responsibilities of family life.
