Situated in a brand new estate is this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living areas modern property. It's also just a short walk to the beach, boat ramp and Cowes main shopping and restaurant precinct. Property Features: split system, electric cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas bbq, outdoor setting, double garage, and a fully fenced back yard. This beautiful property's two living areas include comfy couches, large screen tv's and BluRay /dvd players to keep everyone entertained. Both upstairs and downstairs living areas open up to decked space. Downstairs has BBQ and dining seating. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Enough beds for the large family or groups of friends. \*Please note that linen is included when booking this property\* But, bring your own towels. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
