Situated on the picturesque Margaret River Venison Farm, this spacious home is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. The Space The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is designed for kids or friends with four single beds, including a bunk bed. A second bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities is complemented by a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience. The open-plan living area boasts high ceilings, creating a bright and airy space. It includes a dining table for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunken lounge with a TV, comfortable couch, air-conditioning and a wood fireplace to keep you warm during winter. Upstairs, a second living area overlooks the main space and features a TV, two couches, and beanbags. One of the couches converts into a sofa bed, accommodating two extra guests. Outside, a large undercover front deck provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind. With a BBQ and an outdoor dining table for up to 10, it’s ideal for entertaining or enjoying peaceful countryside meals. Set in a paddock on a working venison farm, the property offers a unique rural experience. However, families should be mindful of the farm environment, especially with children. Conveniently located with direct access to the Caves Road tourist drive, the house is just a 10-minute drive to Gracetown Beach in Cowaramup Bay, making it an excellent base for exploring the stunning Margaret River region. Honestly this place was wondeful. We had everything we needed, we had space, we had deer (well I did, they ran from everyone else lol). Definitely perfectly deisgned for families, but we also enjoyed the separate living spaces as a group of four.Its so close to town but doesn’t feel like it is, the fact the Venison Farm is right at the front? #meatheaven.Thank you for making our weekend amazing! ##### Ant U. Had everything we needed for a weekend away and very accomodating. Good outdoor space with lots of chairs and inside with the smart tv’s ready to go with what ever you want to watch. Also whole range of condiments, cleaning equipment and other necessities, even entertainment games are all supplied which you don’t often get in Air B&B’s.
