In the heart of Courmayeur, this cozy home with a terrace is perfect for an alpine getaway! Small but functional, ideal for 2 people, also comfortable for 3\. Less than 200 m from the cable car and close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the mountains without giving up the comfort of the town center!  
  
🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION  
🏡 The house is a practical and cozy studio, perfect for a mountain holiday! 🏔️  
It features a living room with dining area, a compact but functional kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a bunk bed with 2 single beds.  
Guests have access to a private parking space 🚗 located about 500 meters from the property (7 minutes on foot).  
Ideal for those seeking simplicity, comfort, and a strategic location!
