Booking 1600 hrs Saturday to 1000 hrs Saturday. The apartment is in the village of LaTania. The large 753 sq ft (70 sq. meter) apartment , on the third floor, has panoramic views over the village, pistes and valley from the spacious lounge/dining room. Ski in/out to the nursery slopes , cable car and Folyeres piste. There are no other local stay taxes to be paid. Excellent, green , red and blue runs get you back into LaTania and there is a really good nursery run and good ski schools. Free WIFI and flat screen TV , blu ray DVD player in apartment. Sleeps 8 with underfloor heating, two large bedrooms with twin beds, large lounge/ diner with 3 sofa beds and large mezzanine area with single bed, private sauna in apartment, two bathrooms with bath, showers and washing machine, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave oven) , two south facing balconies (8 sq. meter's) , reserved underground car park space, additional reserved space in open car park and cave in the cellar. The village centre is less than 5 minutes walk away. Cleaning of apartment before stay is included there but additional clening is available during the week at Euros 80 for full clean. There is a 15 euro charge for towels and bed linen per person. LaTania is at the centre of the ' three valleys ' with easy access to all 600 km of pistes covering La Tania, Courchevele, Meribel,Val Thorens up to Pionte De La Masse at 2804m. In the winter there are many ski schools and pistes for all abilities. As well as downhill skiing there is cross country with 130 km's available. The La Tania resort is good value for money with many restaurants , some pubs and supermarket. The Pub Ski Lodge is only 100 metres away with excellent food and entertainment every night. Themed evenings at the pub and dancing are a great way to wind down after a good ski day. There are many different eating places but LaTania maintains a 'village' atmosphere. There are several ski shops for renting your ski equipment which can be ordered on line before you arrive. There is also a free ski bus to connect the main resorts in the area. There is plenty of activity in LaTania in the summer with swimming pool , basket ball, volleyball, tennis court , table tennis and boules in the village. There are many other activities for example mountain bike riding, walking, climbing,white water rafting archery and horse riding locally. There is an excellent tourist office in La Tania which will provide expert support during your stay. Getting to the resort is not difficult with Chamberey(1.5 hrs) and Geneva(2hrs) Airports giving quick access. Accès wifi, télévision, sauna sont corrects. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie qui est moyenne et le lave-vaisselle qui ne lave bien que si la vaisselle est propre. L'accès aux pistes se fait en 5 minutes. Le domaine skiable des 3 vallées est immense. Le propriétaire est attentionné et pas avare en communication. Je recommende ! ##### Fabrice C. It’s spacious, warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views are outstanding from all of the windows in the property. The view down to the village was great and we had the added bonus of a fantastic firework display in the village, which we were able to watch from the apartment balcony. We stayed from 15/2 to 22/2 and were very lucky to have great weather and snow conditions. The duplex apartment is very spacious. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and were spoilt with the amount of space we had. It has two bathrooms, one with a sauna and one with a washing machine, which came in very useful, The kitchen is quite small but well equipped. Having UK TV channels was a bonus, although we didn't watch it very much. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our messages and we would happily return. La Tania is a great little resort, with quick access to Meribel and beyond. We would definitely recommend this apartment. ##### Graham K. With the two bathrooms a distinct benefit for our family. The Sauna was a great boon and very popular with the family after a hard day on the slopes. Access to the slopes is very simple for ski in and out and the village facilities are a stones throw away. The views from the two balconies are stunning both in the day and at night time. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to self cater with the ability to generate some lovely meals in the evenings. The underground car parking saved us a lot of effort as about half a metre of snow fell during our stay so no digging out etc. The local roads around the property were also well serviced for snow clearing and rubbish collection. Overall I would recommend the property as a great base for a holiday in the three valleys in general and La Tania in particular. ##### Kim S. Séjour de 7 nuits en février 2017 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Vittorio M., Bissen (Lussemburgo) 26 févr. 2017 #### Tutto OK solo qualche piccola mancanza nell'appartamento Qualche piccolo difetto da segnalare: - La porta della sauna non si chiude bene - Il letto al primo piano fuori dalla stanza è poco stabile e scomodo - Se si va in 8 persone manca una sedia e la panca è stretta per 4 persone - il cavatappi non funzionava, ce ne siamo comprati uno - manca un mestolo in cucina Per il resto tutto OK: l'appartamento è luminoso, comodo per le piste e una volta arrivati non si deve più usare l'auto. La persona di riferimento è molto gentile e disponibile. ##### Vittorio M.
