Studio of approximately 19 sq-m for 2 people + 1 children maximum on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator.  
  
Kitchen area equipped with electric hobs (2 burners), microwave grill, Italian coffee maker with plunger and electric filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and refrigerator.  
Living room with television, dining area, a sofa bed (and mezzanine bed for 1 child over 6 years old) and storage  
It has a balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the resort.

\- Living room: a double sofa bed convertible into 140cm (2 people)  
(and 1 mezzanine bed for 1 child over 6 years old).  
  
Bathroom with small bathtub/shower and toilet.
