As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. Good central location.My only feedback would be to make renters aware of the importance of ferry reservations. We are from Texas and didn't understand the role the ferries play in this area. We didn't realize the need for reservations from Port Townsend to Whidbey. On a week day we waited almost 4 hours on standby to get on the ferry. Our teen loved the snooze shack and the hot tub was a great way to relax. The sunrise is great from the porch and there’s plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen! ##### Danielle A. We loved the kids having a separate sleeping little house, well-stocked kitchen, awesome hot tub, projection TV w Roku, and enclosed yard area so we didn’t have to stress about letting the doggos out. The girls loved being in the little cabin in the loft (there is no bathroom or running water there, so they did have to come into main house during the night), and the hot tub was great. The area is very peaceful and not too far from Coupeville. We also went to the Blue Fox Drive-In which was a blast! The management was extremely responsive. I wanted to celebrate my birthday weekend in a quiet, beautiful place with family. The views were amazing, The deck was great for having dinner outside and playing games in the afternoon. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows and linens felt luxurious. The hot tub was very clean and accessible-a relaxing way to end the day. Communication with checking in and out was very easy. We can’t wait to come back! ##### anjanette h.
