« nous avions réservé pour 4, et a notre arrivée il y avait un lit et un canapé lit, pas déplié. en allant le signaler à l'accueil, on nous a donné les draps : a nous de faire le lit. pour le prix, j'aurai trouvé normal que les 2 lits soient prêts ! attention également, l’hôtel est prévu pour de longs séjours, il y a une petite cuisine dans chaque chambre. le petit déjeuner proposé par l’hôtel est donc très très restreint. »

« The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back. »

« We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out...
