I don’t understand why they had to do construction at night as well, which was really hard to sleep for some of us. There was a constant weird ticking sound. I have no idea what that was from outside of a room, the concierge was rarely at the desk you had to call them for him to show up. There was no breakfast, but there was a restaurant there that separate from the hotel but part of it but all the staff was brand new. Didn’t really know what they’re doing took forever to get the food, but they were friendly and the food was decent. Some of the rooms were cold. Heat was not working. Some of the room smelled like cigarettes smoke."
