Room was dark, dirty and had a very strong odor. Someone was cooking in the back of their van just outside the door with multiple people just hanging around. After I had unpacked and got my Special needs granddaughter settled, I found the AC didn't work. I got a different room and thankfully was right next door. The AC worked but every time it kicked in, it was really loud and woke me up. There is no coffee makers in the rooms. We have a 1-year old and there was a great little park and pool not even 5 minutes from us that we went to. Breakfast could have had more options.
