Beautiful waterfront property with Private lake beach just steps down to the water from the deck. Large deck overlooking the water + fire pit Parking pass to many nearby ocean beaches, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, gym nearby. Lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Most rooms in the house have a full lake view. (All but one) The space Lake front property. Private beach. Spacious, bright. Convenient, close to everything. Included is a beach Pass to the ocean beach parking minutes away. ✔ Clean ✔ Private Lake with access right behind the deck ✔ Linens and Towels Included ✔ Balcony and Deck overlooking the lake ✔ High-Speed Internet ✔ Quick host responses ✔ Free parking ★ Lake Front Waterfront ★ The house is on the lake with a large wooded coastline part of the property. Access to the lake is using steps behind the deck. The backyard IS the lake ! There is a small private beach with kayaks available for your use. The 56 acre lake is quiet with no large motorboats allowed. The water is clear for swimming. The lake access is not recommended for people with mobility restrictions. Use of the lake and kayaks is at your own risk and liability. ★ Bedroom/Bathroom layout ★ Upstairs to the left is a private bedroom with private bathroom, queen bed and a futon if needed. Upstairs to the right is a master bedroom. Also a large master bathroom. \*\*\* There is a walk-through bedroom that has three twin beds and a crib and that space shares the master bathroom and this bedroom has \*no independent access\*. It is only suitable for 3 children accompanying parents. Upstairs in the center is an open area which can serve as a work space and it also has a sofa bed. On main floor, in addition to the living room, dining room, large open kitchen and the deck overlooking the lake, there is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with access from the main area and the bedroom. Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms. they share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a pullout couch. The other bedroom has two queen beds. TVs: There are 5 televisions in the house setup for streaming content. All but one room have a TV, but with the amazing location you will be staring at the lake as opposed to the TV. ★ Kitchen & Dining ★ The kitchen comes equipped with most things you would need to cook, from the gas powered stove and oven, to the spacious fridge/freezer. You are welcome to use any dishes, utensils, pots/pans in the kitchen cabinets or appliances. You’ll have access to cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses and utensils along with a drip coffee maker to get your day started right. All the cooking essentials you would need right at your fingertips. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The host was in constant contact with us, making sure we were happy and offered several times to assist us with whatever we needed. The view when you walk into the house was breathtaking. The location made us feel like we had our own little lake house, but was also within close proximity to everything we needed. This will be our house to stay in every Summer. ##### Madilynn B.
