We hope you’ll feel as at home as we do here! Perfectly situated off of Main Street, the home provides walking access to Old Town Cottonwoods tasting rooms, shops, and restaurants! Just 25 minutes into Sedona and 20 minutes to Jerome. This home is your ideal base for exploring all that Cottonwood and it’s beautiful surroundings has to offer. We can\`t wait to welcome you! ★Notes★ While this home is pet friendly, there is a dog next door that sometimes barks. If you plan to bring your dog outside to the gated area, know that there is also a dog next door. For heating and cooling, the house is fully equip with mini splits in every single bedroom and living area so you’ll be able to easily control temp as you wish! While we ask for no shoes, the floor is cold so we encourage house slippers or thick socks! We’ll be working on providing complimentary slippers by January stays. ★ PETS ★ We allow up to 2 pets with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning. For more than 2 dogs, please inform us in advance; as an extra fee of $50 per dog will apply. ★ REPORT DAMAGES ★ If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs. ★ NO SMOKING or VAPING ★ Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking. ★NO PARTIES ★ No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation. ★NOISE & SECURITY ★ Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action. ★ CANCELLATION ★ Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees. ★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★ We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). The home has cozy beds and couch and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s literally steps to Old Town which we frequented. Also, if you are staying with a pet who is picky and doesn’t like to go potty in anything but grass, there are two green spaces within a couple minute walk. Highly recommended! A great introduction, even in June, for visitors who had never visited Arizona before. The Cottage was roomy, pretty clean, very quiet, pretty well organized and fairly well equipped. We appreciated the location which was walkable to downtown and had easy access to supermarkets, major highways/roads to sights. The location was perfect for walking into town. The only disappointment was that the fire pit area/yard was overgrown with weeds and not an appealing spot to enjoy a cozy fire as it appeared in the pictures. ##### Tiffany G. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The house is charming, clean, comfortable and cozy. It was a short walk downtown to dinner and all of the shops in Old Town Cottonwood. Need better instruction on TV and on remotes for air conditions. No Shoe policy great but need a mat by front door to put your shoes. Very close to Old Town. Dec 30, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Location! We did a mini vacation with another couple and this property was ideally located close to everything. It's a short walk to Downtown Cottonwood and a short drive to a variety of attractions, stores and places to eat. The communication with the host was great as was check-in & check-out. The only issues we had were with the cleaning crew and a few minor inconveniences.We found multiple hairs on the sheets of one of the beds. A photo was taken and sent to the host. Wash cloths were not available for the showers nor was there enough toilet paper left in the bathroom cabinets for a group of 4 people staying for 4 days. Neither door of the restrooms latched when closed which made it very uncomfortable for anyone using the restroom, but we made it work. The host has been informed that neither door latches and hopefully that will be fixed soon. The home has been beautifully updated and is in a quiet and serene area. The kitchen was perfect for our needs -- with a nice bar for morning breakfast/coffee transitioning to a wine bar for evenings! The owners left us a lovely bottle of wine, as well as various flavors and types of k cup pods for those much needed morning cups of coffee. So thoughtful! There is a cozy seating area for playing board games, watching movies, or just enjoying great conversation. Although 2 of the bedrooms are small, they are adequate and cozy for sleeping. We really loved the separate cooling/heating wall units in each room so we could each set our own temps. This was definitely a plus! Master bedroom is nice sized with its own bath. The rain shower is awesome! Location is close to downtown Old Cottonwood, shops, restaurants, wine tasting, and just a short drive from Sedona. We could not have chosen a more perfect spot for our stay and can't wait to go back! ##### Julie F.
