"The property isn’t bad overall. It wouldn’t be my first choice to book again though. Staff was nice upon arrival. For one you will most likely want to do valet because the parking garage entrance/exit is down the block where buses run and police station? The breakfast/bar area in the lobby is extremely small. They do have a rooftop restaurant that looked nice as far as pictures but we arrived too late to view it ourselves. They do have a little area to purchase snacks, drinks, etc which is helpful. Unlike other hotels, the junior corner suite here is smaller than the regular king room and there is also only one window which overlooked a roof. If I would have known this was not the bigger room than I would have just paid less for more space. My fault. In the morning we called front desk for towels and they were extremely nice and said they would be delivered but after an hour we called again to follow up and then was told they would have to call maintenance and see if they could bring them….. they were never delivered. To top if off when we were leaving, housekeeping was just a few doors down so I am not sure why getting towels was such an issue. The shower in the room was leaking on the floor on top of the door not shutting all the way. So yeah, enjoy 😂"
