Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Suggest softer towels, upgraded showers and TV’s in the bedrooms. I got sick and had to stare at a wall. Place is very small for 6 people, mirrors are deceiving! Will not stay here again, it’s just too high up for me.
