« Excelente servicio ! La vista desde las estancias es de lo mejor . Solo tener en cuenta que al ser un lugar holístico no hay televisión. Y también el saber que al llegar no hay quien abra el portón y no hay ningún timbre . Debes marcar a la recepción para que te abran. Pero si no lo sabes ahí estará un buen rato. Sería bueno que pusieran un letrero o bien te contactaran antes para que lo sepas. Solo esos detalles de ahí en más excepcional hotel! »

"La chambre est bien dans plus, mais c’est normal on y demeure que pour dormir, les matelas sont confortable et il y a l’air climatisé. En tout inclus c’est la formule gagnant, le buffet est toujours bien rempli, les plats change à chaque jours, les patates changent à chaque repas, jamais les même, les dessert sont abondant et succulent, au petit déjeuner plein de pâtisserie fait maison du jour, deux stations de mets préparés devant vous, les boisson cocktail sont tous bon, je les prenais sans alcool et (blended) ils étaient tous aussi succulents les uns au autres. Avoir sa place réservée sur la plage avec chaise longue et parasol, petit table et service de boisson direct devant l’océan était un plus pour moi Je recommande le Las Arcos pour des vacances reposantes et sans tracas"

"Vue sur le Pacifique extraordinaire, propreté exceptionnelle des lieux, personnel efficace et d'un service à la clientèle hors pair. Le gérant a même été assez sympathique pour m’accommoder et trouver une solution pour le vertige que le balcon (car différent d'avant (maintenant transparent) me causait, ce qui a fait de mon huitième séjour à cet hôtel des vacances de rêve et j'y retournerai sans hésitation."

"Bel hôtel bien rénové, bon repas, point faible c’est plus difficile d’avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte. Il faut faire la file 45 minutes minimum avant l’ouverture et ensuite c’est complet même s’il reste des tables de libres. J’avais déjà voyagé à ce Riu et les restaurants étaient toujours très facilement accessibles. C’est le gros négatif. Deuxième point, la piscine adulte nos costumes de bains ont de décolorés et pas un petit peu. Nous sommes pourtant restés seulement une heure environ chaque fois. Résultat 2 maillots de qualité (La vie en rose) à jeter. "
