"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. "The location was very nice! Quiet and relaxing yet only a short 4-5 minute drive from the beach, bars, restaurants, tours etc. the staff was super friendly and making sure to take care of whatever we needed. DJ the manager was amazing!!! Always on top of everything and made sure we never needed anything. The hotel offered laundry service which was very nice. Will definitely be booking there again and highly recommend it! "

All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. "We LOVE this place. The staff are all amazing, every one. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The breakfast is the same every day though they do change the fruit, but it doesn’t matter because there is enough choice. Breakfast is with a beautiful view. We sacrificed a pool for 7 nights for this hotel (with two young kids!) and ended up staying an extra night because it’s awesome. We did day passes at other local hotels to use their pools and went to the beach. Perfectly in the middle of Quepos and MA so was great to go to either place. I’m happy we weren’t at one end. I only put a lost star due to the hanging bridges, I feel they could be safer. Our 4 year old was fine directly with us but we always had to hold the baby. We only did two morning tours, but both awesome. Monkeys visited for breakfast one morning, toucans several mornings in the trees. Sloths on the free tours. Iguanas. The staff are always attentive and also drive you in the golf cart if you need a ride one way up or down the hill. "
