"Stayed in the Ivory tower a few small things. Didn't like that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, there was scum around the bathroom sink faucet. No refrigerator, no microwave, just a mini bar. Other than that everything was great"

"Beautiful. luxurious, quiet hotel without a casino is everything I hoped for and got and more. Staff, service, bar none. Great location for quiet rest. Our spacious Room had a fab view of the Strip. Great beds, pillows, room had fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, nice furniture, beautiful marble bathroom, very large shower! this is a perfect place to stay if you like luxury, marble, gold, crystal chandeliers, quiet beautiful smooth jazz playing, awesome scent of pine when you enter the hotel. Fashion mall across the street, DJT restaurant is great. Free valet. I love this place! Will stay here again!"

"The stay was amazing at the location form the most part. Front desk was super friendly and responsive. Maintenance/housekeeping not so much. 107 had a broken TV in the main livingroom that was never fixed and a wobbly chair. We did ask but nothing was done during the 4 day stay. 104 I asked in the morning to have garbage picked up and 10 hours later it was still in the heat outside my door. I had to ask the front desk again in the late afternoon to have it removed. Gret place for family off strip for a ture vacation with no slots and no smoking."
