"We were very pleased with our King Suite however our bathroom could of used a vanity with better lighting our family had issues with their room and the hotel was very quick and accommodating by moving them to another room overall it was a great hotel."

"I enjoyed the stay but If you can not charge coffee in the rooms. Coffee should be free in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and friendly customer service. I enjoyed myself, I will come back and stay again. The Palms will be my hotel when I come to Las Vegas. I will recommend the Palms hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for everything."
