« Yes the location was close and the owner let me check in around 1 pm but the property was definitely not like the pictures. The couches outside were dirty, looked like they have not been cleaned in months. Microwave was cracked and had trouble starting it at first. Blankets/linen were not washed. The bed is LOUD. The owner needs to get rid of the bed ASAP. You can’t even move on it without it making noise. Bathtub creaks as well… make sure you bring your own towels and washcloths bc they are not...

« The location was great, the checkin process and gated security was convenient and secure; the unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) which was something I’m not sure I knew but wasn’t a big deal for us; overall the unit was clean and had plenty of extras (dish, laundry, body soaps) - I did notice that the table lamps were hard to turn on in one of the bedrooms (maybe add extension cords) and the doors, door jams and some of the walls were kind of dirty - not a huge deal but something some...

« Property is very clean, communication from property manager responsive. This is our 10th time in Vegas and felt the location is good if you’re not looking to be “middle” of everything. »

« This VRBO really is not too far from the strip. I was able to get just about anywhere within 10 minutes. Some things were even walking distance. The place was very clean and had a stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I would stay here again. »

« I spent four nights here in April 2024. Great corner apartment with a beautiful view of the Strip, close to everything, very comfortable. Rafi was an excellent host, responsive and easy communications. One caution: the kitchen is not set up well for doing much of your own cooking. Otherwise highly recommended! »

« You get what you pay for. Condo needs a good cleaning and paint. Doors need fixing and updating. Washer does a poor job of cleaning. Expected the fireplace in working condition but was an eye sore Would help to say it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. »

« Close to Orleans casino (10 min walk) and about $10-15 to Uber to strip hotels. Fairly quiet condo for being on Tropicana. Has most things you need (could use a corkscrew!) on the kitchen. Has comfy chairs and a table on the balcony for enjoying the weather. Don is easy to deal with and arranged to have issues dealt with. Would stay here again if our plans go that direction. »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
