"What a wonderful stay we had here. The house has everything you could need , the garden is relaxing , sunny & perfect for evening drinks & a BBQ. The house itself is fantastic , lots of nooks to escape to if your a large group , beds are really comfy & the kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 of us ( 6 adults & 2 kids ). 5 mins drive to St Ives , lots of different beaches to choose from ,some as close as 5 mins drive , but all within 20 mins drives & all amazing. "A lovely big farmhouse , lots of great spaces , but also cozy. Fabulous wood burner and an endless supply of wood. Fully equipped for everything you need, nice and rural and not overlooked . Great views & a perfectly positioned hot tub . We all loved it ."

"The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of storage baskets/drawers for everyone's things. Beds were comfy and the showers were hot and powerful. We loved the wood fire in the evenings and the children loved the garden and stream. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone is keen to go again. The only tiny negative was having to pay for the pool table. However that paled in comparison to the rest of our stay. Definitely a gem...

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
