« Stayed here 1 night well visiting Tintagel and surrounding area. Room was nice and comfy. Dinner in pub was good. Staff were friendly. Had a nice stay. »

« Lovely welcome, fantastic view from room 7 and the bird book and binoculars definitely came in handy. Disappointed that the excellent food at dinner could not be tried at breakfast - arrangements were offered to eat next door but we were so full from the night before we didn’t bother. Will definitely revisit. »

« Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Proximité avec le centre de Hayle et de la plage (environ 20 min à pieds). Rapport qualité / prix moyen. Nous avions une chambre « supérieure » qui certes était spacieuse mais il manquait certaines choses, comme les produits de toilette. »

« A very clean and comfortable inn, but not a truly good hotel. The staff, while very nice and helpful, are not available much of the time, the location is somewhat far from the city center and there is no bus service, only taxis which do not operate all the time…I felt the place is truly an inn—mostly a bar/limited restaurant with some nice rooms to let…For guests with their own cars, I’m sure it is far more satisfactory. »

« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
