« Tolles kleines Häuschen in Strandnähe. Schön sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir mussten bis auf unsere Klamotten, nichts mitbringen. Töpfe, Teller, handtücher und Bettwäsche und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. schön frisch gewaschen und geputzt. Daan Der Verwalter unserer Unterkunft war auch super nett und hilfsbereit ! Gerne kommen wir wieder ! »

"établissement, appartenant à la chaîne Marriott et classé 4 étoiles, a vendu une chambre dont l’état était manifestement délabré et nécessitait des travaux importants. Malgré cela, vous avez délibérément installé des clients dans cette chambre, alors même que des travaux avaient été mis en place le matin même, et que nous occupions encore les lieux.Une telle situation est inacceptable. Elle s’apparente à un abus de confiance, dans la mesure où vous ne pouvez raisonnablement prétendre ignorer l’état de la chambre que vous avez pourtant décidé de louer. Lorsque nous avons signalé la situation à la réception, nous avons demandé à parler à la responsable. Celle-ci s’est permis de nous répondre, devant d’autres clients de l’hôtel, qu’« ce n’était pas grave puisque nous partions le matin même », sans même commencer par présenter des excuses. Cette réponse a d’ailleurs suscité la stupéfaction des personnes présentes. J’ai dû dormir dans un lit fortement détérioré et vétuste, et utiliser une salle de bain dont les sanitaires étaient également hors d’usage. « Wonderful Hospitality. »"
